If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@puresoulorganics.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll be happy to assist.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
